Kepemimpinan Kolaboratif untuk Kurikulum Berbasis Industri: Studi Kualitatif di Pendidikan Tinggi Vokasi Sulawesi Selatan

Penelitian ini mengkaji peran kepemimpinan kolaboratif dalam pengembangan Kurikulum Berbasis Industri (KBI) di lembaga pendidikan vokasi tingkat tinggi di Sulawesi Selatan. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif, penelitian ini mengeksplorasi bagaimana pemimpin lembaga dan mitra industri terlibat dalam pengambilan keputusan bersama, pembentukan kepercayaan, dan pemecahan masalah bersama untuk menyelaraskan pendidikan vokasi dengan kebutuhan industri saat ini. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara semi-terstruktur, diskusi kelompok terfokus, dan analisis dokumen, melibatkan pemimpin lembaga vokasi, perwakilan industri, dan koordinator program. Temuan menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinan kolaboratif berperan sebagai pendorong kritis dalam desain kurikulum bersama yang efektif, program magang terstruktur, dan fasilitas pelatihan praktis bersama. Faktor-faktor pendukung utama meliputi komitmen mutual, dukungan regulasi, dan urgensi untuk memenuhi permintaan industri akan tenaga kerja terampil. Namun, tantangan seperti kesenjangan budaya organisasi, sumber daya yang terbatas, dan ketidakselarasan jadwal menciptakan hambatan yang dapat menyebabkan kemandekan kolaboratif. Meskipun demikian, komunikasi yang kuat dan pembagian peran yang jelas membantu mempertahankan kolaborasi.
