Penelitian ini merupakan systematic literature review (SLR) yang menganalisis penerapan collaborative learning dan integrasi teknologi kecerdasan buatan (AI) dalam pembelajaran Sistem Informasi Laboratorium Kesehatan (SILK) di pendidikan vokasi. Studi ini mengkaji dampak kedua pendekatan tersebut terhadap ketepatan, efisiensi, dan pemahaman mahasiswa, serta faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi keberhasilan implementasinya. Hasil SLR menunjukkan bahwa collaborative learning dan AI secara terpisah maupun terintegrasi mampu meningkatkan keterlibatan, akurasi input data, kecepatan kerja, dan pemahaman mahasiswa terhadap SILK. Keberhasilan integrasi dipengaruhi oleh kesiapan infrastruktur, pelatihan dosen, desain instruksional, serta perhatian pada etika dan privasi.
