Abstrak

Analysis of Character Education Implementation Strategy to Prevent Bullying in Elementary School. Bullying in elementary schools is a serious problem that can negatively impact students' psychological and social development. The purpose of this study is to analyze character education strategies as a preventive measure to stop bullying in the school environment.preventive measure to stop bullying in the school environment. Research This method is literature-based, where data is collected through the review of various sources, such as relevant research journals, books, and journals. The results of the analysis show that effective character education reinforces values such as compassion, empathy and tolerance from birth. The implementation of this strategy encourages teacher activity, teamwork among students and cooperation from school administrators. Administrators believe that interventions in the form of interactive education, value-based activities and constructive attitude-based activities can reduce internal bullying. The study suggests that character education can be an effective strategic approach in creating a school environment that is safe, inclusive and supportive of students' social-emotional development.
