Electronic Archiving
PRISMA is committed to ensuring continuous access to and long-term preservation of all published scientific articles.
The journal management establishes an electronic archiving policy that includes:
- Storage of article files and publication metadata through the OJS platform.
- Regular data backups to prevent information loss.
- Maintenance of the integrity of files, metadata, and bibliographic identities of articles.
- Provision of a digital archive accessible through the journal’s official website.
- Development of long-term preservation through services such as the PKP Preservation Network or other trusted preservation systems.
- Data recovery in the event of system damage or service disruption.
The management team should activate and verify external preservation services before stating that PRISMA participates in a particular archiving network.
Authors may store and disseminate published articles through institutional repositories in accordance with the applicable license.
